This organization is for education and the improvement and advancement of the criminal justice field as well as fun. We will have social activities such as dances, parties, sports activities, and outings. We will also hold seminars and conduct speeches at various venues in the community which will be designed to increase the public's awareness of the criminal justice system and peak interests in finding out more about criminal justice and an education at AIU. We will conduct community service, and help local law enforcement agencies, courts, or law offices in exchange for training and education on the intricate workings of the criminal justice system. We will have competitions with prizes, such as marksmanship contests and crime scene investigations. There is no limit to what we can or will do.
The initial fee to become a member is for the American Criminal Justice Association (this does not include the minimal fee for the local chapter of dollars) and this lasts for an entire year. Subsequent years are just an annual fee of to continue membership. Membership must be renewed each year, and can be cancelled at any time without any repercussions.
You can sign up in a few different ways. One way is to go to the "for more information" page and fill out the information and print the form and turn it in to the receptionist on the first floor. Or you can contact the President and meet with him to get an application, fill it out, and submit it. Remember, where there's a will, there's a way.
